How Our Delivery Works

We deliver your rentals directly to your event location — typically your driveway, garage entrance, or yard. If your event space requires extra steps, elevators, or special access, please let us know when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Delivery & Pick Up starting from $80.00 in Kingston Area

Leave the heavy lifting to us and we’ll handle the logistics of moving your rentals to your event site. Our delivery crew is experienced in handling large or small orders and we’re happy to help! Our goal is to ensure all customers are ready for their event well in advance, therefore most deliveries are usually scheduled for the day before an event. The cost for delivery is based per kilometer from our warehouse on Fortune Crescent in Kingston. $4.00 per km for delivery and pick up. Therefore $2.00 per km for delivery and $2.00 per km for pick up. Please provide the exact address for a precise quote.

What to Expect

📍 Pick‑Up & Will‑Call at Our Location (No Delivery Charge!)

If you prefer to **pick up and return your rentals yourself**, we’re happy to offer **this service with no additional delivery charges — as long as you bring the items back to our location by the agreed date and time.

**Will‑Call Hours:** Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

When you arrive, please **park in a marked parking spot** in front of our building and then **come inside** to check in and load your items. Orders can be paid online via email link. Payment can also be made at the pick up.  **order confirmation or reservation details are helpful on arrival or provided to person who is picking up the order.** so we can quickly verify your pickup.

This pickup option helps you save on delivery costs and gives you flexibility if you’re local and have a vehicle large enough for your rentals. If you need help loading or have questions, just ask — we’re happy to assist!
